How we charge
You’ll know the fee arrangement in writing before we start. Here’s how each one works.
Hourly
Most litigation and ongoing advisory work. We bill in six-minute increments and send itemized invoices monthly.
Flat fee
Defined pieces of work, like a will package, a lease review or a demand letter. One price, agreed up front.
Contingency
Personal injury and some employment claims. We’re paid a percentage of what you recover, and nothing if you recover nothing. Case costs are explained separately.
